My name is Ar'Kiya Taylor and I am the CEO of Perfect Minks By Kiya LLC. I began my entrepreneurial journey in the beauty world January 2021 at 14 years old after expressing an interest to my parents about starting my very own eyelash business. I found inspiration to establish my business from watching how makeup can change ones outlook on how they perceive themselves, whether it's lashes or a full makeover. My motto "Be Different", focuses on empowering others to embrace being different because our differences are what makes us all beautiful! My lashes enhance individuality base on lengths, thickness, and even colors! We all deserve to feel beautiful and strong for every occasion, from childhood to adulthood.

My mission is to empower teens and adults all over the world who may      not feel beautiful inside or out. I strive to innovate, inspire, elevate ones confidence within, and give back to my community.

My advice to teens who want to start a business, GO FOR IT! Focus on something you have a passion for, start a business plan, don’t be afraid to ask for help, believe in yourself, and take action! JUST DON'T QUIT!
